Sale of Valartis Bonus Card AG to Cornèr Banca SA completed
On 19 December 2011, Valartis Group AG, Valartis Bank AG and Cornèr Banca SA
successfully completed the sale of all the shares of Valartis Bonus Card AG, a credit, prepaid and
gift card business, to Cornèr Banca SA, Lugano.
The acquired company has been renamed BonusCard.ch AG and will manage a portfolio of 320,000
Visa pre-paid and credit cards.
